Summer Camp Discounts

We have created these discounts just for you to make Camp Eagle even more valuable & affordable in the life of your summer camper.

Overnight Campers

Early Bird Discount - $25 Off Tuition

Register on or before March 1 and receive $25 off the camper's tuition for each overnight camp they attend. A deposit of $50 per camper, per camp week, must be made on or before March 1 or the discount will not be applied.

FIRST-TIME Camper Discount - $35 Off a Week-Long Tuition

If this is your first time at Camp Eagle for Overnight or Day Camp (you may have attended a retreat, but that doesn’t count), then you qualify for this discount! All five days of the camp week must be attended to apply this discount. This discount can only be applied to the first week the camper attends. (If your camper has attended a Day Camp or an Overnight Camp, including the Little Eagle’s Overnighter, then this discount cannot be used.) Church Groups

Overnight Camp Church Groups must register together with a minimum of seven campers for each camp week to receive $30 off each Camper's Tuition. (Registrations must be received by the Camp Office four weeks before the desired camp week. Registrations received after that date may still register, if there is availability, but the discount may not be applied.) Full-time Pastors

Your child(ren) may attend Camp Eagle's Overnight Camps at a discounted rate. If your church is attending Camp Eagle as a Church Group, your child(ren) can attend camp and save $125 off the regular tuition price. If your church is not attending Camp Eagle as a group, your child(ren) may attend and save $95 off your camper's regular tuition price. Youth Pastors & Church Group Leaders

Active Duty Military Discount

Camp Eagle would like to simply say Thank You for your service. To show our appreciation, Camp Eagle offers a discounted rate for your camper to attend an overnight camp. This offer is available to any active duty personnel. Active duty personnel may sign up their camper and receive $50 off the regular price. Contact Jackie at 540-366-2433 or email campinfo@sbcfamily.org to apply for this discount. Please have your military ID available at your camper's check-in.

Day Campers

Early Bird Discount - $25 Off Tuition

Register on or before March 1 and receive $25 off the camper's tuition for each full week they attend. This discount is redeemable for Summer Day Campers attending a full week only. A deposit of $50 per camper, per camp week, must be made on or before March 1 or the discount will not be applied.

FIRST-TIME Camper Discount - $35 off a Week-long Tuition

If this is your first time at Camp Eagle for Overnight or Day Camp, (you may have attended a retreat, but that doesn’t count), then you qualify for this discount! 8 Week Discount

Attend every day of 8 out of 9 summer day camp weeks and receive $100 off. This discount will be applied on the last week of the camp season. (If the camper does not attend every day of at least 8 weeks of Day Camp, the discounted amount will be due on the camper’s last week of camp.) Church Groups

Day Camp Church Groups must register & attend together with a minimum of ten campers for each camp week to receive $30 off for each camper. Active Duty Military Discount

This offer is available to any active duty personnel. Active duty personnel may sign up their camper and receive $25 off the regular price of Day Camp. Most discounts cannot be combined. Early Bird Discounts can be combined with the First Time Camper but not with the Church Group Discount, Eagle Bundle Discounts, Active Duty Military, or Youth Pastor/Church Group Leader Discounts. Full-time Pastors' children do not qualify for any additional discounts. If you forget to apply any of the discounts and pay the full amount, the over-payment may be added to the Camper's Canteen Deposit and any over-payment will be refunded at the end of the camp week.

If you have an extenuating financial circumstance that may prohibit your camper from attending camp, please call Jackie at 540-366-2433 to discuss the options we may have available to be a blessing to you.
