Camp Eagle Campership Application

Camp Eagle’s Campership Program provides scholarships to campers who can't afford the cost of a week away at camp. We have never turned anyone away because of an inability to pay. Through the Campership Program, scholarship money is provided by friends of Camp Eagle and the members of Shenandoah Baptist Church in Roanoke, VA. We request you make a minimum $50 deposit for each camper and a minimum $75 final payment the week before the desired camp week for each camper toward the tuition fees. The remaining amount, as funds are available, may be covered by the Campership Fund. You may also pay more toward your camper’s tuition fees, as you are able. The more you are able to pay, the more we are able to assist other families with the same needs. Payments, in any amount, can be made through the Camp Eagle Portal.

A Campership can only be granted for ONE OVERNIGHT or ONE DAY CAMP week (not both) per camper. Any additional excursions and canteen funds are not included in the Campership. Those fees are the responsibility of the camper and their parents. Unfortunately, Camperships are not available for specialty camps.
