🦅 How did God lead you to Camp Eagle? God used some “old” college friends to ask me to pray about if perhaps I would be interested in taking on a new pastoral role here at Camp Eagle, after much prayer, godly counsel, and visiting the Camp, God made it clear this is where he was calling us.
🙏 Prayer Request: To lead well and finish well.

📖 Meaningful Verse: 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 "Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. Let all that you do be done with love."
🦅 How did God bring you to Camp Eagle? I was a camper for nine years, and in 2020 God continually shut down my excuses not to work; so I gave in, worked at camp, and completely fell in love with it. The year after, I had the opportunity to join the Day Camp staff and fell 10x more in love. I've been doing that ever since!
🙏 Prayer Request: Wisdom and guidance as I get to lead Day Camp, and endurance as I'm going straight from a year of teaching to a summer at camp!
🏞️ Favorite Camp Activity: The evening service and hay rides!
👨🍳 Favorite camp meal: Chicken tenders with any and all sides !

🦅 How did God bring you to Camp Eagle? I volunteered when the position became available.
🙏 Prayer Request: Pray I would take every opportunity to act exactly as Christ would and then give Him all the glory when I actually succeed.
🏞️ Favorite Camp Activity: encouraging people of all ages to get alone in God’s creation at Camp Eagle and have a deeper, more intimate, relationship with Christ

📖 Meaningful Verse: Colossians 1:10 - "...that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;"
🦅 How did God lead you to Camp Eagle? I attended Camp Eagle as a camper when I was in elementary school, and I had known about camp for basically my entire life. I started working at camp in 2021 when some close friends who were also working at camp that summer convinced me to join them. At first, I was stubborn, but God worked on my hard heart and softened it to the ministry of camp! I'm so thankful to God for leading me to Camp Eagle and for giving me the opportunity to serve Him here!

Meet our Summer Camp Director
📖 Meaningful Verse: Habakkuk 3:17-18 - Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail,
And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls - Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
🦅 How did God lead you to Camp Eagle? God led me to Camp Eagle first as a camper for 6-7 years. As I grew, he gave me a desire to serve as a disciple maker of Christ, and He first brought me many places to equip me, but then brought me back here to serve in my dream Job! And I am PUMPED about it!!
🙏 Prayer Request: Pray God would use Camp Eagle to reach many for the Gospel, and I would be found faithful in His sight in the small part I get to play in it.
🏞️ Favorite camp activity: Creeking, zip-line, and Bonfire!
👨🍳 Favorite camp meal: BBQ and Walking Tacos!
