Registration is most easily and quickly completed online. However, if you are unable to or prefer not to register online, please contact Jackie at 540-366-2433 or email campinfo@sbcfamily.org for a paper registration form.

Summer Camp Excursion Forms

Horsemanship and Tubing the James are the only add-on excursions that require an additional release form. These forms are completed digitally through the registration portal. Please make sure you have completed all the necessary forms on the registration portal to ensure your camper’s participation in these excursions. Scholarship Applications

Camp Eagle is a non-profit organization, and we make every effort to minimize camper costs. One way we accomplish this is through the generous, tax-deductible donations of people like you. You can give to the Campership Fund right here. Please complete a Campership Application for your camper by clicking below. If you are unable or prefer not to complete the application online, please contact Jackie at 540-366-2433 or email campinfo@sbcfamily.org for a paper application.
